Weak Inventories Limit February Home Sales and Drive Prices Higher

• February 2022 home sales slipped 4.7% compared to February 2021 as inventories continued to tighten in 2022.
• Existing home sales were down 3.8% compared to the first two months of 2021.
• Inventory levels continued to shrink statewide.
• The seller's advantage has strengthened since this time last year.
• Homes continue to move quickly in Wisconsin, with the average days on the market falling to just 82 days statewide.
